Terrarium

In science,we made terrarium. We tested the darkling beetle and found that they like the dark. We put them in our little place then we watched them. After a couple of days some were dead, some lost there head, but we still got so much. Then when we put them in the terrarium the dirt mix together with the saw dust. They can't go in the saw dust because it mix with the dirt because the beetles prefered the sawdust. We planted 5 types of plants: radish, clover, pea, corn, and barley. We covered our terrarium with saran wrap which kept the water in the terrarium. This helped them grow. The best growing plant was the radish, the next best grower was corn. The terarium was affected by lots of environmental factors like sun, pollution, water, insects, temperature, and lots more. The plants that grew the worst were peas. I learned from my terrarium that some plants grow faster then other plants!
